OEM exhaust question

I'm putting together my first blaster from a bare hull. I went onto partzilla to look up the oem exhausts. I know the 96's were 62T motors, the previous ones were 61x. But the microfishe shows they all use the 61x style exhaust, along with the same M8 bolts. How is that possible on the 96 with a 62T cylinder that uses M10 bolts? I don't see any thread inserts from the factory on the diagram so I'm confused.
Also, any chance a raider exhaust works in a blaster? Im stripping a 62T raider to build this blaster.

The 96 waveblaster 1 was a 62t/61x engine just like the Superjets. The 1996 Waveblaster 2 was a 760 64x.

They used Superjet powerplants, those exhausts have no tuning so they need low port cylinders.

I found this a while back and it's what needs to be cut out or bubbled to fit a stock 62t 701 or 760 pipe in a blaster. Pretty big hole looks like.
