I didn't get it from him, but my best guess is that it is. It has never seen the water and the exhaust tube and outlet look like the motor was never started in it. I got it from south Florida.

Congrats on the purchase yz! Purchasing a bare hull like that is sweet, because you get to make it exactly how you want it.

Yep, cheaper to buy the complete boat as a kit of spare parts for his wammer boats and sell off the stock hull components.
