I'm trying to figure out what the color code is for the Pole so I can paint the rest of the ski the same color

If you can't find the paint code you can always take a painted part of the hull (fuel door, for instance) to your paint supplier and have it scanned. Supplier can then prepare an appropriate mix based on the scan.
