Paint for tray after hold install?

OK So its probably here somewhere but I can't find in search sorry. I just installed/glassed in my REV's. I'm paranoid about water 'somehow' getting behind glass down the road. What kind of paint, sealant can i use to paint the tray / holds before I turf?

The pics just cause you guys like them. On the top of the hold it looks like air space but its foam. And I haven't sanded yet.fyi

just throw the turf on.... you dont need the paint

you don't want paint there anyway for max adherence.

Not to mention the contact cement peeled away my paint in spots.
