I paid Patentcad before thanksgiving for a SN AC aluminum pole. He has been on a few times since then, he only sent me a PM once which was right after thanksgiving stating he had sent the pole but it came back. He said he would send it again and this time give me a tracking number. That has been a month ago. I have not heard back from him although he has been online since and i have sent him PMs. I am aware it is the holidays and things get crazy, but a month? And he has been on and could of easily explained himself with a PM. So here it is.
