PFP Pipe Not Flowing water to Stinger & Pisser

My PFP pipe run dry is not flowing any water to the stinger and bottom pisser thus not into the waterbox.
Attempted troubleshooting has not been successful.
Any feedback appreciated before I licorice something up or learn the pipe is just licoriceed lol.

Extra Details:
-Running Dual cooling...Direct waterline to bottom of exhaust mani and 2nd waterline T'd to top of exhaust mani and then to pipes top water hose inlet.
-Pipe has run great for years and just started no water flow two weeks ago.

What I've done so far:
-Compressed air pressure through all lines.
-Engine still cools and pisses properly when being flushed but no water going to pipe.
-Water cooling line T'd to top of pipe provides water, BUT with less pressure I'd expect to see (don't have baseline on past pressure)
-Flushed pipe intake fitting (the top inlet right after exhaust mani) with garden hose pressure and after a few second the stinger and pisser started flowing water but has some noticeable back pressure until pipe starts letting water through to the stinger and pisser. (During this test I removed the filter and Flow Control Valve between the pipe to see what water was going through).
-Only thing I haven't done is reverse flush the pipe from the bottom pipe pisser and through the stinger water output fitting.

This is what did, opinions will differ
Take headpipe off
Make a gardenhose to 3/8 Adaptor and to 3/8 block offs
Run hose into each 3/8 while blocking the other 2 3/8's
U can open the adjuster screw and actualy see the spray in the headpipe
The adjuster screws are not correct in other words u might tunr them open 1/2 or a full turn and the the actual opening is not yet spraying
check all adjuster screws make sure they run free and clear and then set them prior to putting the headpipe back on

I tried this a few times with the 3/8 adapter on the pipe intake water inlet at the manifold and blocked off the stinger in front of the FCV area and blocked off the bottom hull pisser, It all goes flows freely after a little pressure build up in the house.

Wait...are you saying 3/8in garden hose split to both the inlet near the manifold on the laydown pipe AND to the end of the stinger going to the waterbox and BLOCKING off stinger water out fitting and pisser on bottom of the pipe.

I guess easy a much easier way to ask that question is what two pipe fittings are you blocking off.
-Did you try varying it around like 'backflushing' from pisser with hose and blocking off other fittings?

He said head pipe and adjuster screws. My pfp doesn't have either of those. It has a manifold. And a chamber.

I think he confused pfp with a factory b pipe.

sounds clogged. remove pipe clean out the stinger with a wire or something.
