Phantom in small surf

Got to ride surf for the first time in 10+ years and it was a blast! surf was small but that is all i can handle anymore! ski didn't sink and i did not get hurt so it was a success!! Phantom handled great!

Awesome! Ive been loving my phantom in the surf so far! I get lots of weird looks about my "flip" ski being too short for the ocean, but I'm comfortable on it and I've been having a blast! We rode Ventura Saturday morning, planning on going back this weekend if you wanna join!

awesome! i am in SF bay area so thats a 5 hour drive each way! but i will be going back soon. it rides great in smaller surf. i rode sunday and monday both at low tides so it was very shallow

I enjoyed my Chan in small surf, when you're not worried about getting rolled by big waves, small hulls make an otherwise boring surf day more interesting.

You deff work harder on the smaller skis in the surf, but like anything gets easier the more you do it.

I've been riding Fort Bragg and just north of FB lately. the surf hasn't been small and its been a washing machine to say the least. that fake rickter XFS has been working great. I rode just a hair south of where that family from Oregon drove off the bluff.
