PHP at the Lake.. How to Flip in Slow-Mo

I'm in the process of learning how to flip... Not going to well right now lol I thought it would be a good idea to have video of a good rider to learn from. Turns out Zack is great rider to learn from. Though I'm starting with no trim and a 180 hop to a flip, just watching his mechanics is helpful and fun with the set up wake. My girlfriend took a few videos this weekend on my iPhone in Slo-Mo. Enjoy!

The first one it looks like you barely pulled with your arms. The majority of your follow through, or what completed the rotation was pushing with your legs, correct?

The ski follows where your head goes. Its probably the biggest mistake I see when watching someone try to flip. They yank like crazy then tuck their head and brace for crash impact like they never expected to make it in the first place. On the second flip you can really see where I whip my head back, throw my waist forward and the ski accelerates the spin.
