Pics upload sideways

Pics have been uploading sideways, any way to fix this? When the site used to do this I remedied by opening picture file, rotating 90 degrees and re saving prior to upload but that no longer helps-pics still upload sideways. What am I doing wrong?

I have tried to get Jett to look at this.............. Take pics landscape. for some it works fine, may be the phone, I have issues, use AT&T and Android. Do not know if it is one or the other.
