I don't think he wants to look like an ape on a football, guys.

A 110 would be a good starting point, Mike. That is unless you want to race. the 10" and 12" classes would steer you back to a TT-R50, a GYT-R kit or two, and a seat riser kit.

ttr 125s are a ton of fun. I agree.

I have actually heard good things about the pitsters though. Despite being a "knock off" I have heard good things about reliability-and they are quick that's for sure.

Im 6'2" and i have 2 honda 50's. One crf with bars, a rear shock, longer front fork legs and is currently getting a 88cc big bore kit. The other is a xr 50 that i have been riding all stock except for the bars. It is getting a rear shock and front fork legs as well.

I cant really say much for the knock offs since i have never ridin one, but i have heard some horror stories. I have put my basically stock hondas through hell and back and have had very very few problems. I would like to get a 110 as well though but would stick with a klx or drz.

110 for most people. If you can fit it, get a crf 50 but your going to have to dump a lot of money right off the bat. Please, no Chinese crap.

I'm 5'8 and love rippin my xr50. I've rode it with just i shock, fork springs & bars until recent. I've beat the hell out of it and just keeps running.

I have a crf50. I put bars, BBR heavy duty fork springs and shock spring, and heavy duty spokes (about $2-270), and did nothing but change the oil and clean the filter and never broke once!! SInce then i have got ALOT more power out of it.

Thanks guys...I appreciate all the input. It seems like you can dump a lot of money into these things. IM not looking to race justs to jack around with little jumps and backyard riding.

Seems like buying one already built up may be the way to go?
