Place to learn jetski repair in CT for yamaha Superjet

is there a place where I can get some training on repairing superjet in and around CT. I am interested in learning so that i can work on mods by myself( rather than paying big bucks to others). please let me know if you know any reliable people who can help me . I know joe Stang is busy as he is still recovering from his accident .

What do you need to learn? I, like most people, just learned by reading and taking things apart and putting them back together. Its just a couple bolts, nuts and zip ties. You'll be fine.

I don't know anything about jetski. How to store them when not in use.what to do with battery. How to recharge battery during winter. How to stabilize fuel. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance

How do you take care of battery in winter

Take it out of the ski, store it inside your house or somewhere not freezing cold. It cant hurt to keep a battery tender on it.

What has helped me learn a lot is a google search. Start your search with either "x-h2o.com" or "pwctoday.com" and then follow that with your question or concept you are trying to learn.

For example...your google search could be "x-h2o.com battery maintenance" or "x-h2o.com store a battery" You will get plenty of hits with exactly what you need to know.

This forum is a wealth of knowledge
+1, you will learn more reading on here than a guy would at itt tech about skis, it's always nice to have a good group of friends to ride with being that most stand-up guys turn their own wrenches, if you don't know any riders just go to lake, standup riders stick together and I personally enjoy helping out a fellow rider especially a newbie cause every one was one at one time or another, 20yrs ago it was me, I give my thanks to ChaseMueller and ClarkePaterson

Good luck!
