Hello everyone recently got a 95 sxi and rebuilt the carbs completely stock besides v force reeds and blowsion flame arrestors. Tuned the carbs to stock settings and would not run adjusted hi and low to all the to way to 3 turns just to get it to run decent and still does not run right for low end or high end any ideas of what I could do would greatly appreciated??

Did you cut the Springs down to produce 25-30 Psi Pop-Off? Put the Stock F/A back on if it idles on its owns its the Pop-off. This is unique to the SXi with the Duel Keihin carbs.

I had to lower my pop off to 22-23 to get mine to idle. Kinda weird but whatever works i guess.

Thats a pretty good write up. I STILL need to fine tune my ski.
