Polaris Octane CDI

I am looking at a Polaris Octane for sale. Before I purchase I was wondering if there is still a reliable source for CDI boxes? If you still can't get the CDI box can you use one from a different model? The Octane I am looking at is an 03 or 04.

Yes you can still find new and refurbished PVL cdi units. Just call John at Watcon and get one. I would suggest a "Rec" or Freeride tailored ignition Curve from him..yes it is extra but it really helps wake up the responsiveness of the 777. For 150 bucks that performance result is hard to beat. He also has a Race style curve available. Call him up and enjoy the octane!
