Pole Question

SO I have a X-Metal Pole (Gen 1 non adjustable..stock length -5) and a X-Metal pole bracket.....(this one: http://www.teamxscream.com/products/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=36_17&products_id=6490)

Seems I only have one "pole bolt" (these guys: http://www.fastelements.com/p-185-xmetal-xscream-handle-pole-bolts-set.aspx)

Stoopid Question is: How do you adjust the tension, or for that matter, even keep the pole up in the air while taking the hood off or whatever.....

Does this thing use a pole spring????

You just tighten the bolts mate to how stiff you want the pole to be, if there tight and you pull the pole up it will stay there you left it if you get me

You will need a bolt for each side tho if your missing one

If you are running a single bolt, XMetal can provide you a set of dog bones, they are two sleeves that you place inside the pole where the bolt goes through, They are a snug fit, this way you can tighten the pole down so it is stiff, if you do not have one, you can tighten the pole, but it will slowly compress the pole, you will keep tightening until something gives.
