Pontoon ez ramp on the cheap. Works after 2 attempts.

After 2 attempts my ez slider ski ramp works like I wanted it to! Also removable with pivoting bikini top quick release points on front. Had to widen entry door, weld aluminum telescoping tubing to mate ramp. Also stainless hasp for latching ramps together. Spent way to much on proto-type. Next one will be all aluminum with sliders. Still awesome! I just did not want a crane or davit on the deck, so this works. The ramp laying in grass slides into ramp on deck, then pivots into water or beach. I was able to pull ski back on board with ski rope and stainless beaner hooks by myself. The water ramp stows along side panel on boat while in motion.

What did you use for the bunks on the ramp? 2x4 and carpet?
