I am having a time getting the jetting for a simple set up. I had an intake lying around that I ported years ago and stuck it on the new motor I built over the winter.
The ski seems to be rich as he'll to the point that it won't even plane out
I have a 120 on the low jet and have changed pop off to the 30 ish range with a 1.6 seat and just tried a new diaphragm, 2.0 and a pop off of 24 ish.
The low screw is all the way in.
Best I have had was 1.6 seat 35 pop
120 low
147.5 high.
Low all the way in and it would finally get to the high circuit and run like it should.
Not sure if the pulse signal is to weak or is stronger with the ported cases cylinder and intake ? All are 61x.
Only thing I can do now is go down on the low jet but it doesn't make any sense being a ported cyl with a fp.
Any suggestions?
