Super Jet Possible misfiring????

701 62t, new dual 44s. I am starting to tune the engine to the new carbs and when once i start the engine and at idle the engine stutters and then starts going again. It almost sounds like a small thud then it continues. Could it just be misfiring? just a carb issue? or something worse like a piston sticking. I will have a video up tomorrow.
