Private message issues on tapatalk

since the site make over I can't access my inbox or send pm's on tapatalk on my phone. When I try to access the pm menu I got msg"unknown method". I deleted and re installed the x on tapatalk and now there is no pm menu option at all. wondering if anyone else having same issue, and if its something that's not setup yet on The new site,or a problem I need to resolve on my phone.

I'm using an older version of Tapatalk on my Android and the latest and greatest on my ipad and both are working as they should.

Not sure if I really had to but I uninstalled Tapatalk on my Android and re installed it and it's been good. I didn't do anything for the apple version other than close and reopen the app.

You're logged in right? It doesn't prompt you to do so but it will not work right until you do.
