Pro-Tec Pipe Adjustment

Hello all,
I've got a 701 waveblaster 61x with a Pro-tec Pipe. I have never tuned/adjusted an exhaust pipe before and noticed adjustment screws on the sides. Does anyone have any expereicne, info or advice for this or just simply how to adjust? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
