Fixed. Had to rollback about 2 weeks though. I'll see if I can re-add the stuff since then.

If you're doing large pics, you may be hitting the php upload limit of 2Mb/file. 5+ megapixels can do that. I'll see about changing it to 4Mb, but until then if that's the problem, resize them down a little first.
