Problems with Paypal lately?

Anybody else been having problems with Paypal lately? I have been unable to receive payments in the last 2 weeks as it comes up with an 'Invalid email address" error.

I have had to send invoices for all sales made in the last week.

I can send money to myself though, and have had no problems sending money to anybody else, so is this my problem or a Paypal problem?

i had a simialr problem sending money. but it only happens when i would cut and paste the email addy. if i typed it it worked fine.

Was it because it was cut and pasted or because it adds "mailto:" in front of the address? I've been caught with that before, delete that bit out and it works fine.

same here on the problems. i just send an invoice or request an invoice.

its the cut and paste thing, same thing happen to me trying to send money. You have to type EVERYTHING in yourself

I have been using cut and paste for as long as I've had paypal without any problems yet, Just last night i sent payment no problems with that method an hour after I had to send an invoice because someone couldn't send me a payment.

Is everybody up to date with their IE Updates? I'm on the most current version of IE 8.0

Bingo had the same problem a couple of weeks back,I didn't try to type in the addy,I even called Paypal and gave them the addresses,Paypal said the addresses were invalid,both buyers sent me payment request and it went through just fine.

I hate PayPal! They were an instrumental part of my jet ski parts whoring addiction which led to increased credit card debt. I have almost weened myself off of buying parts...

My paypal debit card got hacked about 6 months ago. Had fraudulent charges for Skype(internet phone), FTD florists, and some other company for a total of around $100.

That sucks, I am just cleaning up my Mastercard after someone got my card number when we were up in Myrtle Beach for Nationals. They got me for $1200.

Is everybody up to date with their IE Updates? I'm on the most current version of IE 8.0

Been having the same issue for the last month or so copy and pasting, typing it works fine. And there no way in hell i would use IE. Firefox all the way, so it's not a browser issue.

Same problem here last week. Just started working today - didn't know about the cut and paste thing. Thanks for the heads up!
