Prok's look cool but they don't hold up as well as others. IMO After a few rides the tops start to separate. I had a different issue with my Tau Ceti
the pretty alloy cap would crack the black epoxy would ooze through the cracks. Now I'm using K&N's. They aren't as pretty but they have lasted almost two seasons so far. All F/A will fail eventually, just some last longer than others. Just my 2 cent.

Same here on the K&N's we both started using them at the same time...... running them on 2 ski's......... 2 years with not problems.

My 1 Prok has been in service since 1995 no issues now I need a second to match it.
