I have a superjet pump and a skat trak prop I dont have the washer for behind the prop. I put the prop on hand tight and it doesnt hit anything. Is this alright or should I get the washer?
Don't mean to thread jack but I have a question. Say my setup calls for a 3mm setback prop and the prop I have is not setback. Do I just need to space it out 3mm with washers?
Cool, thought you were. The one many drawbacks to computers. Thanks for the info. I have another question. There was 2 washers under the prop i was running(13/15 Solas), one has a rubber cover on it and the other is a normal washer. I switched to a skat 13/18 c75. Do I need to leave those 2 washers?
Sometimes those washers are there because the impeller would bind without the washer. they could also be there to move the prop further away from the vanes to reduce engine loading.
