It looks like @RonnyMac is no longer needed at Prorider based on a decision by @RadRat Michael Ratti. I don't know the relationships there, but thought Ronny was a core element of the magazine.

Here's the fund setup to help him get through since apparently he hasn't been paid for Feb's contributions:

Baced on what information?

As most of you know, for the last 4 years, Ronnymac was the man who made Prorider Watercraft Mag. It was his images, artwork and design that brought the magazine to life. The owner/editor while on his worldly travels had little input into the mag and relied 100% on Ronny and me to get the magazine done. Ronny's main source of income was the magazine even though they paid him a fraction of what they should have, Ronny felt it was an investment to help the magazine grow. Now, without notice or an explaination the owner/editor has terminated Ronny's services. They will not respond to his calls and have not paid him for February's part of the Jan/Feb magazine. This has left him high and dry with bills due.

As you can imagine, this is a devasting blow to Ronny. So I am calling out to our Jetski family and friends to help Ronny out until he gets on his feet. I now Ronny has provided images for many of you and has done artwork, designed posters, and logos for events in exchange for Prorider being present at your events and listed as a media sponsor. He has designed posters for racers to sign and ads for your companies to print in the mag, all without additional compensation to Ronny. Ronny would not ask for help so I am going to do it for him. He has been wronged and we need to pull together as a family to help him out. Please donate what you can so we can help him get through this.

So upon digging some more, Michelle Petro left last month and Ratti's new wife took over her roles. I didn't know about that.

As you may be aware, our previous advertising and sales manager, Michelle Petro has resigned from the company recently to concentrate on her involvements in Aqua X USA and we wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

They are both super good guys, I injoyed talking and hanging out with them both. At Daytona, Michael even invited our ride group to come crash at his house this summer when we get the ski's dialed in. Sucks they had a falling out as Ronnie was full hearted into prorider. I sure hope things work there way out. Not sure how this thread will help.. so INB4LOCK

of course most if not all of us not happy to hear of this ... I have met both Mike Ratti and Ronny and both always very nice guys IMO ...

still I feel Ronnie was never"just" thier photographer .. he to me was part of Pro riders identity ! and not just because I liked shootn the poop while having a drink or two during the apres ski !
he was around and more visable at many times when ratti couldnt be ... we dont know nor we may never know why this decision was made ,, one of the first times i met them both Mike was commentater at harbor beach and ronnie mac taking pics .. i liked that team the two of them seemed to work great together!

going to "try" and not form an opinion on this as really who knows why ..

all the best to Ronnie !

Good Day everyone,

We appreciate and value everyone's feedback. Before forming any opinions, please consider that there is much more to the story than what is presented by one side. If anyone has any questions or comments in relation to this thread, my wife or any other topic regarding myself or Pro Rider Watercraft Magazine, you may contact me personally at any time in which I will happily take your calls.

Kind Regards,
Michael Ratti

Actually, He does not have to post anything. ProRider is a business. He does not owe anyone a public service announcement. there are 2 sides to every sheet of paper.

Ok someone call him get the story and report it here...why be on the phone all day with all the members on here who want to know what's going on?

Google analytics says we all spend 900 hrs or more a day on x-h2o.com so I’m pretty sure if anyone wholeheartedly wanted to know they could call both guys and figure it out. But end the end its none of our business. And the fact that it is a business may mean lawyers are involved which almost always means keeping quit

Michael has always seemed to be a good guy. Ronny's art and identity are all over that magazine. He has been the face of PR at tons of events over the years and is certainly the reason I fully supported and took a chance on another Jetski mag. He has always been there to help me out with the Rock N Ride logos for charity and has given 1000s of pictures to riders. Without any speculation as to what happened, I certainly will help him out and support him in ANY project he chooses to start and will support any company that he chooses to work for. His pics and vision are unique and I hope they will still represent our tight knit sport. Hoping for bigger and better things for Mr. Ronnymotherf'nmac!
