Pulse line

Anyone see any issues using tygon (McMaster fuel line) as a pulse line?

Need to replace some on a couch motor and don't want to encounter problems as its a pita to get back at to replace.

Not sure if it being so flexible causes any issues with the pulse signal/pumping.

Thanks,

A lot of people use Tygon but it is generally not suitable for vacuum. It may attenuate pump pressure, but so will an excessively long line. I prefer something with thicker walls.

I'm pretty sure I have a video on here somewhere showing my translucent red pulse line I got from Fuel Line Biz about 7 or so years go collapsing under vacuum on my LPW 760 motor. Plagued with tuning issues, I swapped to oem and issues went away. Never will i risk it again to save $2. Just aint worth it.
