Just curious what people think about them. Every website that sells them says they are bad with top loaders and I have one on my x2 and don’t want to install something that’s not going to help.

i don’t ever recall Kawasakis needing them. The early Superjets/waveblasters they can be beneficial for speed without loosing too much hook up. Yamaha‘s 08+ Hull inlet is similar to what some stuffers did pre 08

I just did this test last summer on the last few rides of the year, stuffed and unstuffed pump lol. I did notice the stuffer hurt the bottom end. It may be because I was running the R&D version which only has a few shims for the cone, so your cone is pretty much a constant stuffer in the reduction nozzle too. The TBM stuffer has a few different length cones, they might be a better option if you're thinking about immediate punch. The R&D seemed to do alright top end though.
