oem 155 if it fits. if not a 148 or 150.
If you can fit a 155 and you have the budget I think most would say 155 mag. If you're on a lower budget I think you'll find there is disagreement if a smaller mag or an oem 155 is better. If your hull won't accommodate the big pump then you're looking at a 144 or 148 or 150 mag and it's mostly a budget issue. Most economical is a 144 solas.
If I was in your shoes I'd do the classic "ask the builder" if you have one. If it's a jetmaniac/blue motor ask them.

I ran a oem 155 pump in my Ariel 8 with my 781 and it hit hard, I’d have to dig around to find what pitch I was running. Honest on that size motor a well set up setback 144/148 will impress you if you don’t have a 155 shoe but just my two cents.
