SX/SXi/SXi Pro Question about the Coffman pipe and jetting

I’m gonna run a Coffman rocket pipe and the twin Mikuni 40i’s on the winter build, should I run the carbs as is with some screwdriver tuning? Or would it be better to have them jetted specifically for the pipe. If so, does anybody know the jetting and other carburetor settings required?

The bottom screw adjusters are for the idle mixture only and the top adjusters are for full throttle only. If the tops end up over 2 turns out then use a larger main jet. Its important to make sure its able to get on the pipe quickly, this can be a challenge with high port cylinders. If power response lags over a second then you probably have too much pump load.
