Questions about World Finals

I have never been (I know, hard to believe) but am seriously considering going this year if I can sort logistics and get time off work.

Anyway, is the general consensus that it's worth going...at least once?

And do they sell stuff there?

And I know this question will annoy a couple people, but I genuinely am curious. Though i assume there will be no 440s competing in the world finals, it would be cool if there were and i would definitely want to see that since it would show me really what a 440 could do since they are pros and not just guys on a forum

I dont know, I dont think so, at least not in a thread I created so it would have only been a reply within another thread. if I did I am sorry but this thread at least has my 2 primary questions about selling stuff (would be cool to bring stuff back in my minivan perhaps) and about whether or not 440s actually take part in the competition in any capacity.

thanks so much! but that sucks regarding 440s not being involved but really no surprise. I will probably at least hold off for sure then on upgrading or selling my 440 until then. thanks again

They are having a vintage ski and vintage X-2 class at the World Finals... So there will probably be some 550's racing in it.

I will probably have in ice cream engine also put in the minivan so i guarantee getting laid at the world finals. If my whore ex-wife was going, that would also guarantee you and everybody else would get laid

550 class has been ran the last few years. Your 440 would fit in just fine.

ha...well if i had a washer and dryer in my condo it probably would be as i dont have a garage which sucks. however, since clearly the 440 still has appeal and turns people on, given I am at work (yes believe it or not, somebody hired me), this is all I can do but its virtually the same as real life anyway
