Im putting together a 650sx right now with footholds and all rhe goodies i was just wondering since i think the only surf riding i will do this year will be the pismo ride in july should i still rienforce the hull and if so how would i goabout doing that?

depends on how hard you plan on ripping, but you should do the sides. the tray will survive unless your 180+lbs but you should reinfore it aswell while its apart.
