The pump part is really easy and only takes a few minutes while the steering stem parts takes a bit longer and some minor fabrication. As far as the pump part just take off the black plastic steering nozzle and unscrew the little pivot nut that attaches the steering cable to the nozzle. Then just get a drill bit that is the same size as the hole and drill a new hole closer in and put everything back together
