quicksteer nozzle??

so i moved my the connection on the quicksteer turnplate to the farthest hole out and now the nozzle is hitting either side of the pump. and its on both sides even though i have adjusted the cable to be about equal. should i trim the nozzle on either side so it wont hit or dont worry about it. it seems like after alot of wear it could break. just a guess. Thanks in advance

yes just notch the nozzle, dont run it until you get clearance steering cables aint cheap!

Is this a stock nozzle or a quick steer nozzle? I'm looking for a quick steer nozzle for my 550. Just installed the plate, but the stock nozzle doesn't have as much travel with the plate. I'm sure they're a little different, but am curious to whether or not a quick steer nozzle has more throw.
