Custom/Hybrid Quickstyle Flat Deck with Rickter Footholds

One of the local guys picked up a Quickstyle flat deck hull this winter. He has had it out a few times and now knows where he wants his foot holds. So he dropped it off this week for a few things.
Here is what I came up with, with what I had to work with.

Was going to atempt this on my rn, wasnt sure if the footholds would of been strong enough

Had a flat deck 650 years ago, it was fun but getting back on was a p.i.ta. I learned to slide the ski under me since there's no bunks to rest elbows on. I dig it, ride it like you stole it
