Surfriding Rage brawler test ride

Rage was kind enough to hand over a carbon kevlar brawler for me to test ride in the surf for a few minutes, and it was impressive to say the least. It was powered with a TPE 771, but the extreme light weight of it makes it ride like it has 150+ horsepower. It was still set up as a flatwater boat, and the break was super shallow, so I was trying to not break the trim nozzle off doing something stupid, but i could feel that with a slightly longer rideplate and a longer handlepole, it could be a very real surf boat. I should also add that the finish work on the hull was super clean, and with the shape of the nose and bondrail, there is virtually no water spray in your face.

Glad you enjoyed the ride, it was great time BS n and hanging out. Hope to get you a try with a longer plate and we will slide that handle pole out some.
