recommendations for jet and spring for Mikuni SBN 44

Hi,

I have a 1996 RN with 701 61x/61x engine with a b-pipe, and so a single carb. I am replacing the carb with a Mikuni SBN 44 that I bought from a guy who said he had bought it new and set it up for use in a super chicken which I think had a kawi 750 engine. Apparently, it was used for this application only briefly before he replaced the carb with maybe a novi tech, and put the Mikuni up for sale. The carb is super clean and has really no signs of use. I am not sure what jets and spring are in the carb and so was hoping to get some recommendations for what to go with?

The ski is just a rec ski and i mostly just noodle around on a lake with this one, so good running reliability with minimum fuss is my primary goal and so looking for the run of the mill setup for this carb for this ski.

Please advise.

As always, the knowledgeable input here is very much appreciated.

The pump load is also important. It needs to be getting to the pipe very quickly before any serious carb tuning can be accomplished. With skis never follow pre determined carb settings. Always start too rich and lean from there, these engines are too easy to burn up.
