Reed valve problem Maybe

I have a Dasa 850, twin 46 full spec, B-pipe , the package has less power than a stock 701
the manifold of the b-pipe was port match , the jetting of the carbs is very rich 14o high speed ,low speed 130,NS 2.0, spring 80 ,
we also have the water manifold , the plugs are lean, the engine is hot , we look every where , we replace the base cylinder gasket , the o-ring from the boyesen manifold where replace,

But then I remove the manifold to check the reed valve and I saw that the bottom valve did not close properly ,

can this cause all the problems

A little daylight is normal. Suck on them and they should close. They are also molded (layered) with a curve and coated. Maybe for last ditch hours it’s ok to flip but you may see daylight on the sides which isn’t good and won’t seal as well

I just don't know where to look, I used a paper clip to see if the adjustable screws whole from the b-pipe were clog and they were good,
