Repairing Fuel Tank

Seems this could be common, but couldn't find anything on this. But, what could I do to repair the nipples on the fuel tank for the breather line? One of mine is missing, and wasn't sure what I could do to fix it. I know I've seen some that used a brass barbed NPT fitting, but wasn't sure how to seal it? Anyone else repaired something like this and how?

my breather fitting was messed up..used one of these from hardware store.. drilled a 3/8" hole and used a lil jb weld..worked fine for me

Thanks guys, I figured I could use one of those but just wasn't sure of what to use to seal it.
