Edited: I removed the video and hope that I haven't given anyone dangerous ideas. A couple of knowledgeable gentlemen have explained some things to me (see posts below) so I removed the video. Sorry to waste everyone's time but more importantly, don't want to endanger anyone!
I still will use a tiedown strap around an unseated tire to help seat it but very valid point using a locking chuck when inflating so you can be AWAY from the tire when it seats.
And based on information below, I'll use real tire levers (rounded spoon like tools not tire irons or pry bars with square or sharp points) to R and R tires on the rim.
