REV Holds - Buldge NO FOAM?

So I installed my REV's in my SJ - pored 4lb 2 part Canada Composites foam in and it expanded fine, except it looks like one of the sides just in behind the REV buldge didn't get any foam. Kind of odd? Should I drill a hold in the buldge and make sure to get some foam in there or just glass and not worry about it? (apoxied and riveted holds in so far before foam):shrug:

drill a hole, pour in a bit more foam....glass up the hole

voids = weak spots

I am repairing a foothold as I type due to lack of foam. This winter I will have to start over with new footholds,foam and turf but just am repairing it for now. Lesson learned, and its not fun.
