So , do you know if Rhaas Products are closed ? I order some parts from them and no news, I ve send some email , no answer, I ve try to phone them , only answering machine …..

Ok I will then : I met Robin at the Daytona freeride in 2016 , he seems like a nice guy but business wise things are not good , there is a long history of broken promises, slow shipping and backordered parts , this has been going on for some years now.

I don't personally have anything against him other than the screwed up deal on the 300SX hull and the bolt in kit that never saw the light of day , I am just saying it like it is , keep calling and e-mailing maybe eventually you will get him to answer . I have never heard of him not fulfilling an order but he doesn't get in any hurry about it.

I spoke with him , on the phone, not virtually, 3 weeks ago, ordered a carb brace, he shipped it, I got it. He’s out there , keep trying.

I tore a set of Rhaas couch mounts a few months back and I've been trying to get them warrantied. Emailed them october 1st, then every 2 weeks after that. Jetmaniac suggested I ship them back and gave me their address. I did that, and they were delivered november 6th. Still no contact. Any...
