Rickter adjustable footholds

I just finished my edge build and went to adjust the footholds when I noticed the right side was a little off. I was able to slide the left forward and back but the right side was maxed out and it was only half way forward. I realized that the billet plate installed from Rickter was upside down. I flipped it and now I have my forward adjustment i need.

Now that i have both plates installed correctly, I now see that the right side foothold almost touching the turf when it is fully raised up. The left side when fully raised has a much bigger gap. Unfortunately I need the right ride to be raised up like the left so my foot will fit.20200524_214754.jpg

Is there something simple that I'm missing or did Rickter screw up and drill the holes too low?

Just drill new holes in the foot hold backer... I have 3 holes too choose from now.... I’ll post a pic.. I needed more adjustment for wedges

Yeah, that's a good idea.

It's annoying that you spend a lot of money of what is supposed to be top notch quality and there is still rigging to be done.

Well, My hood lip on the hood is anything but flat, put a straight edge across it and good 1/8" or more gap in the middle. They got a little aggressive doing their finish sanding and sanded a channel in it!
