Rickter fr2 repairs

Hey guys

Just seeking advice on repairing my rickter fr2. Not an evo - but is the carbon fibre 'look'. Here is the ride plate...its a strange material... not quite sure what it is... but wondering how you would repair it? Would just normal sanding and then just a normal epoxy resin be the go?

I have one doing the same thing. I plan on standing away all the damaged or delaminated material then overlaying it with glass or carbon reinforcement.
I think they are mostly fiberglass with carbon overlay.
