Seems a bit like the Q8 Sky idea of bonding on a reshaped section to an existing hull to change it's handling. I remember a small company making a similar product for 80's era kawasaki stand ups many years ago.

OR, Eric Roy just needed a new toboggan.

its a skin to protect your bottom deck on trlr or stand or whatever.

So instead of scratching a 2" wide section inside the gunwales when you travel, you can pay more money and scratch the entire bottom deck as the paint on paint contact chafes its way down the highway. If any of my friends used one of those, they would be ridiculed continuously.
