I took it off a couple of months ago, that mod has some security issues. How are you getting to it? I removed the link months ago.

No. It had security issues. There is a new version, but I'm not risking getting hacked again.

not everysingle person reeds every post so i thought it would be easier another site i used to be on alot had it. What do you mean hacked it what could they do if they did just look up ppl?

using the could from an outside source to provide the user map feature allowed loopholes in the php script which made the board vulnerable to hackers.... before you were here the site got hacked really bad two or three times and went down for a day or so each time. it wasn't people using the site it was more people using a line of code to find vulnerability with in the site and exploiting it

i think there are things that you can use, for free, that are from an external source. i think buddy mapping is something that is external from the site, that would have no impact on the site or allow it to be hacked. I may be wrong, but something worth looking into?

Using an outside source is fine, but few people will use IMO since it's not integrated. The vbgooglemap is integrated, but after being hacked last year and having to reinstall EVERYTHING (which to a regular user just means it's down for a day, to me that is many hours of work to get it back up with no pay) due to a security issue in an addin, I'm not quite ready to reinstall it with the first release after a major security flaw.
