Riding in OBX

sup everyone...

Im from PA and me and a couple fellow freestylers up here were gonna plan a trip to the outer banks NC. I have heard that you can only ride in a couple places and they frown apon stand up's and freestyle. I was just wondering if anyone could clear this up for me. Thanks alot for the info!
