I got one as well but it is to big for detailed port work

I haven't got one yet. I'm looking at buying a foredom tool however their right angle attachments are not durable enough. All my carbide burrs are 1/8". The tools from CC specialty are very expensive. It looks like the right angle attachment from CC would fit on a foredom flex shaft tool. If I have to I'll buy their attachment but its $340. Wondering if there are any chep ones out there

Don't know how durable this would be but it uses 3/32 & 1/8 collets and will work with the foredoom standard flexible shafts. http://www.thewoodcraftshop.com/sto...WITH-1-8-3-32-COLLETS-26517.html?feed=froogle

Foredom also has a couple right angle handpeices the 55A & 56A but you have to use their special quick connect 1/8 tools bits for it to work. http://www.lopacki.com/foredom/handpieces/

If you want to use the 1/4 shank carbide burrs you'll have to spend 500 to 600 bucks for a good quality tool.

What's wrong with the long straight rotary attachments? You just attack the ports from the exhaust side instead of the piston side. I ported both of my motors using this style attachment.

Yes, this 1 MC handpiece is expensive but are VERY DURABLE! I own 2.
The 1st one is one I bought way back in 1985 and still running today, I think I might have sent it in one time for a rebuild and again I think... as it was so long ago I can't remember.
Just think about how many cylinders that Mike and I have done in the last 5 years, no less in the last 25 years!
Got so many billet cylinder engine orders I bought a 2nd one just to keep from having to change bits.
The only problem with this handset is make sure you order a extra 1/8 collect as I break one a month...
