Super Jet Riva dry pipe coupler.

Im running the RIVA Freeride pipe which is similar to the Factory type 4. I blew a coupler last week and am looking for a stronger replacement. I'm looking for suggestions.

go to a Heavy Duty truck supply house, they sell the material by the foot. If you do not have your pipe properly aligned then you will blow couplers, even stronger one. be sure to get your fit correct, you should not have to force your lord mounts over to the tabs of the chamber. slot the tabs. Also make sure your coupler is not cut to long, this will not let the pipe and manifold mate up. better to be a tad short.

+1 you can also try marine exaust hose that any boat dealer sells i think it works better, also you can buy new lord mounts from Grainger Supply, same ones but just half the price, make sure your o-rings are in good shape and make sure to clean any oil that may be on the pipe connection

Made and installed a 3 1/2 X 2" piece of marine exhaust hose with 2 stainless t-clamps. I put a thick bead of silicone on the pipe side. I won't get a chance to try it till next weekend.
