I'm after some torque specs for a Riva girdled head. I found some on pwctoday, but they don't seem to be working too well!
For some reason, I keep blowing compression o-rings, so I'm thinking my torque is a little low. I have no deto, as I like to run things nice and rich. I don't think the head is coming down far enough to protect the o-rings properly.
I thought it may be the head itself, but I have since tried a mate's head and I still have the same problem. The sleeves are fine in the cylinders and it is at stock deck. I had the same problem with the last cylinder I ran too.
The only thing I can think of is that I put timecerts in all my cylinders before I run them, and thought maybe the torque might be a little low for them, but torque is torque, right?
