RN pole spring question?

I'm not sure which brand of spring I have, but having a carbon chinpad with the spring has really helped. The pole stays up about 8 inches from bottmed out resting position of the handlepole away from the hood. I don't think the stocker pad would let it stay up so high.

I know the feeling, my buddy's ski has stock spring with stock chinpad and when I hop on his ski it feels awful. I hate the way his handlepole feels.

UMI was the best but I think they may have stopped making them. Blowsion makes one but I believe they had a bad run and had some that did not work, believe they fixed them, but they will only work with a stock bracket or UMI bracket.
