Super Jet Rod Stewart signed on motor?

On one of my superjets, there is a mysterious signature on the motor case. It is signed Rod Stewart. I don't believe it is thee RS, but rather whoever built the motor. I believe at one point it was used for racing so it could have been who built it. Have asked around and no og riders or anyone at Blowsion have heard of this guy. One thing I though odd was that RS the singer had his albums produced by Riva records, but I don't think there's a connection to Riva Racing. Asked someone from Riva at Surf Slam and hasn't heard of the guy either. Anyone have a clue?
